Promoting Time Management and Self-Efficacy Through Digital Competence in University Students: A Mediational Model

It is though that those students who better manage their time and perceive themselves to be more effective in the tasks they perform are thought due, part, a stronger understanding command of digital competence. This competence allows know use greater number tools techniques respond problems arise academic career, favouring reduction perceived stress. To test this hypothesis, total 200 from different degrees Education universities participated study, answered Digital Competence Questionnaire University Students, Spanish version Time Management Behaviour Questionnaire, Scale Perceived Self-efficacy situations, Global Perception Stress. The results show how starting hypothesis fulfilled management self-efficacy function as mediators between types positive or negative stressors. Finally, these findings implications discussed.
